Your enquiries

When you contact us, we collect the name, email, phone number, service selection and project details you provide. We use these to answer questions, prepare estimates, arrange appointments and provide our services.

Project staff and our hosting, email and security providers may process this information. These include GoDaddy and Google. Technical logs and IP addresses may be processed to operate the website and prevent spam. We may disclose information when legally required.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve our website, and Google Tag Manager to manage tags. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Learn how Google uses information from websites.

Website email

Our Signature Glass Website Email application is designed to send emails through WP Mail SMTP and our business-authorized Gmail account. It uses addresses, message contents and authorization credentials. When connected, credentials are maintained in our website system; email copies may remain in our business mailboxes.

Visitors do not grant access to their Gmail accounts. Gmail connection data is used for delivery, not sold or used for advertising. Its use and transfer will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. The business account owner can revoke access through Google.

Keeping your information and contacting us

We keep information as needed for enquiries, projects, warranties and legal recordkeeping. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, email signatureglassny@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity or retain records for legal obligations or ongoing services.

We will update this policy when our practices change.
